We deliver Monday to Saturday from 8am to 7pm, and Sundays from 9am to 5pm. For breakfast sets, we offer early morning delivery starting at 7am upon request.
Our minimum order for delivery is 200 EGP. Orders above 500 EGP qualify for free delivery within our delivery zones.
For regular items, we recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. For custom cakes and special occasion items, please order 3-5 days in advance. For large corporate or event orders, we appreciate 1 week notice.
Yes! When placing your order, you can select your preferred delivery time slot. We offer 2-hour delivery windows to ensure your items arrive fresh and at your convenience.
We currently deliver to most areas in Cairo and Giza. You can check if we deliver to your area during checkout by entering your address.
No, we do not use any artificial preservatives. All our products are made fresh daily using natural ingredients. This is why we recommend consuming our baked goods within 2-3 days for optimal freshness.
We are working on expanding our menu to include gluten-free and vegan options. Currently, some of our products can be customized for dietary restrictions with advance notice. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
We use premium European flour for our viennoiserie and French breads. For our sourdough, we use organic stone-ground flour. All our ingredients are carefully sourced to ensure the highest quality.
Bread: Store at room temperature in a bread box or paper bag for 2-3 days. For longer storage, slice and freeze. Pastries: Best consumed the same day. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Cakes: Refrigerate and consume within 3-5 days.
Yes! Everything is baked fresh every morning. Our croissants and pastries are made from scratch starting at 4am, and our sourdough breads begin their fermentation process 24 hours before baking.
Absolutely! We love creating custom cakes for birthdays, weddings, and special events. Share your design ideas, theme, and dietary requirements with us, and our bakers will work with you to create the perfect cake. Please order at least 5-7 days in advance for custom designs.
Yes, we offer catering services for corporate events, weddings, and parties. We can provide breakfast sets, dessert tables, and custom selections. Contact us with your event details and guest count for a personalized quote.
We offer beautifully packaged gift boxes with curated selections of our pastries, breads, and treats. You can choose from pre-designed boxes or create a custom selection. Gift boxes start at 300 EGP and can be personalized with gift messages.
Yes! For cakes and gift boxes, we can add personalized messages. Simply include your message in the order notes, and we'll add it beautifully to your order at no extra charge.
We accept cash on delivery, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and Apple Pay. All online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. For custom cakes and special orders, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

Yes, we provide detailed receipts with all orders. For corporate orders, we can provide official invoices with your company details. Please request this when placing your order.
